Frequently asked questions

Can you bill my insurance for the repair?
MedFix cannot bill or coordinate repair authorizations, nor submit claims with insurance payors.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. 
How do I find the serial number on my CPAP machine?
The serial number (SN) is on the label at the rear of the device.
Is there a warranty with the repair?
MedFix provides a one-year warranty on parts and labor associated with the original repair. All replacement parts used for repair are new parts directly from the device manufacturer. This warranty covers parts and labor costs to repair the device where the product problem was a result of normal usage as outlined in the device user manual, or defects in parts and electrical components as a result of normal usage.
What models do you repair?
We repair ResMed CPAP including AirSense 10, and AirCurve 10.

How It Works

Print your CPAP Repair Form

Print your CPAP Repair Form and include it in the box when you package your CPAP device, power supply, and humidifier/water tank for shipment.
  • DRAIN ALL WATER FROM THE TANK BEFORE PACKING.
  • DO NOT SEND YOUR CARRYING CASE, TUBING, OR MASK. THESE ITEMS WILL BE DISCARDED IF SENT.
  • MedFix is not liable for any damage that may be caused in transit to or from our facility. Any damage should be reported to the shipping carrier.

Device Evaluation

We will evaluate your CPAP device and provide you with a free no-obligation repair estimate.Once you approve the estimate, we will get started on your repair. If you decline the estimate, we will either return your device to you for a $25 shipping fee or recycle it for you.

Repairs Complete

Once repairs are complete we will return your CPAP device to you via ground shipping. Shipping on completed repairs is free.
